Base pay range $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Inventory Specialist to manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies from the local stockroom. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper documentation, and timely reordering to keep essential items available when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and proactive - someone who enjoys maintaining order, solving problems, and ensuring operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Receive, count, and verify materials and equipment against purchase orders; record data accurately. Pack, unpack, label, and store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Distribute materials, tools, and supplies based on requests and ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain purchase order logs and complete necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system data. Initiate and track orders to replenish stock and follow up with vendors as needed. Assist with company-wide physical inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas while adhering to all safety standards. Report damaged or defective items and assist with resolving stock-related issues. Qualifications

contract Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering part numbers or quantities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic math and computer skills required. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
