Overview

Senior Software Integration Engineer at ndd Medical Technologies. Location: Andover, Massachusetts (USA). Working mode: Full-time, On-site. Responsibilities

Develop EMR integration using MIRTH, .NET Framework C#, and Azure Cloud services for ndd medical products. Design and implement integration solutions to connect disparate hospital systems, applications, and platforms with nddCloud and ndd medical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements. Conduct integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure system compatibility and stability. Work proactively with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure successful system integration. Document integration processes and train users on integration features and interactions. Provide technical support and guidance for integration-related issues to customer IT teams and stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, IT, or relevant professional experience in the specific domain and role function. 5+ years of relevant experience in integration and software development. Experience in medical environments is a strong plus. Proven experience with EMR integration projects, ideally in customer-facing roles, within medical or healthcare settings. Strong experience in software development using .NET C#, Cloud platforms and services (ideally Azure), and any integration platform (e.g. MIRTH, n8n, TIBCO, Informatica, MuleSoft, WSO2). Experience with DevOps tools, processes, and agile methodologies. Experience in customer service or client interaction within a medical or healthcare environment. Why us?
