The Target Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Target business. Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Target, we require that this role is based in Minneapolis, MN. If you are applying but do not currently reside in this area, relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group. Responsibilities

Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, and supply chain compliance metrics Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations. Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns. Assists with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, chargeback disputes, new item setup, lead time audits, and meeting preparations. Assists in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry. Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in planogram items including adds, deletes, and store count changes. Active participation in weekly calls Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, POG updates, and event support Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings Requirements

2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Target Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service orientation; ability to ensure a high level of service and quality Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports Understands the basics of negotiation, including common tactics and responses What We Offer
