None Role Objectives
The role is responsible for Moose’s Target inventory and forecast needs, ensuring alignment between Moose and Target and collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Analytics, and Retail Sales teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years in a related role with Target or a Target supplier. Fluent in Target’s reporting systems, most notably Greenfield. Responsibilities
Maximize insights and data: gather, manage, and interpret data; set objectives for business development; develop action plans for account plan implementation; measure, monitor, and optimize programs and results. Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on customer sales activity to improve forecast accuracy. Coordinate with the retailer to ensure forecasts are accurate and aligned to Moose projections. Work with Moose operations to resolve import and domestic ordering issues related to transportation or supply. Perform ad hoc sales and demand planning analyses. Provide sales analytics expertise and insights to the Moose Toys sales team. Assist in other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide actionable retailer insights. Work Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday; 8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday; 30-minute unpaid lunch break; plus reasonable additional hours due to multiple time zones. Salary Band
USD $125,000 - $150,000 Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for computer and office tasks; may need to reach and stoop. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods. Specific vision abilities required for computer work. Light to moderate lifting. Frequent communication with employees and third parties; clear speech and accurate information exchange. Regular, predictable attendance. Work Environment
Moderate noise level typical of an office environment. Indoor office with windows and light foot traffic. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods. All Welcome
