The Tech Serv Information Security Analyst is responsible for managing and mitigating cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting a culture of security within the organization. Responsibilities include implementing security frameworks, conducting assessments, and providing training and support for security initiatives. This is a Hybrid position and can be resident in any US city where Littler has an office. For a full list please visit: United States | Littler. In accordance with applicable regulations, the salary range for this position is $82,300 to $104,000 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, risk profiling and prioritizing and tracking the remediation of threats and vulnerabilities. Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations. Review and analyze contractual terms to ensure compliance with established security controls and frameworks. Perform regular security assessments to ensure adherence with industry standards and regulations. Provide security awareness training and education to employees, promoting a culture of security and compliance within the organization. Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines related to information security. Stay current with the latest regulatory changes, industry trends, security threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks. Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on information security activities, findings, and recommendations. Actively participate in the Coordination of IT’s role in Littler’s Information Security Incident Response process, including overall ownership of all information security incidents and tracking of all security related incidents from notification to resolution. Responsible for ensuring compliance with technical security controls that comply with Littler’s Information Security Policies. Partner with Information Security and Risk Management to implement technical security controls in support of Littler’s security programs. Provide support for the vulnerability management program, advanced security monitoring providing proactive detection and prevention. Participate in security and change management meetings. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in supporting IT security operations. Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001/27002 standards, NIST CSF 2.0, the HiTrust Common Security Framework, HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations. Knowledge of security tools, including Firewall, IDS, IPS, email encryption, DLP, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, anti-virus, spyware. Demonstrated ability to discuss security risks in business terms and develop practical, risk-based approach to mitigate risks. Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS). Ability to take on additional tasks as defined by the Information Security Management Team, including taking part in the on-call rotation. Strong knowledge of Incident Analysis and Response concepts and techniques, including incident tracking process, root cause, lessons learned and process improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) are a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, cybersecurity or equivalent work experience.
