CLARK Material Handling Company is a global leader in the forklift and material handling industry. We are growing our Dallas, TX area global headquarters office and hiring a Global Demand Analyst.
The Global Demand Analyst is responsible for leading Clark Material Handling’s global demand planning and forecasting process. This role ensures accurate visibility of global demand signals, integrating statistical forecasting, market intelligence, and regional business input to support production, inventory, and financial planning. The Analyst will oversee the use and continuous improvement of demand planning tools, drive adoption across international teams, and align forecasts with the company’s global S&OP processes.
Essential Functions
Forecast Development & Management – Develop and maintain a global 18–24 month rolling demand forecast across product lines, regions, and customer segments. Forecast Development & Management – Apply advanced statistical forecasting methodologies (Holt-Winters, Box-Jenkins/ARIMA, regression models, exponential smoothing, moving averages). Forecast Development & Management – Implement, track and maintain forecast accuracy globally. Forecast Development & Management – Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of demand planning tools, streamline processes, and become a streamline power user. Forecast Development & Management – Ensure alignment and integration of demand planning systems with ERP and CRM platforms. Forecast Development & Management – Become the power user and admin for the Demand Planning tool. Forecast Development & Management – Develop S&OP dashboards to drive visibility to the business. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration – Partner with regional Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align global forecasts with business strategies. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Establish and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turns, and service levels across all regions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Provide executive-level reporting on global demand trends, risks, and opportunities. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance global forecast reliability and responsiveness. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or global supply chain management in manufacturing or industrial equipment sectors. Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and application of statistical models in practice. Advanced skills in Excel, analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/CRM systems (Infor, Oracle, SAP). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship. Analytical and data-driven decision making with a global business perspective. Ability to balance global demand signals with regional priorities. Change leadership with a focus on digital transformation and tool adoption. Strategic thinker capable of influencing cross-regional and executive stakeholders. Proactive problem solver with strong collaboration skills. Working Conditions
