Overview Brand Manager – Travel Retail Americas to lead the growth and development of beauty brands across the region. Accountable for setting the brand’s strategic vision in TRAM countries and driving initiative launches through the entire process. Responsible for planning, forecasting and analyzing beauty business, proceeding with key recommendations relevant to the overall growth of the Coty business. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused marketing delivery role that works with retailers and distributors to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies that drive base business, new product growth, and elevate brand equities. The role requires a strong relationship with Sales, Retail and Supply Chain to optimize portfolio mix, push sell-in/sell-out, increase profitability and net sales. You should have a desire to grow both Marketing and Customer Relationship capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Brand Business objectives, strategies and go-to-market action plan in alignment with regional commercial strategy and the supervision of the Marketing Director.

Participate in the planning of the Brand Target for the fiscal year, including NR/A&CP objectives and strategies.

Own initiative / Icons forecast guidelines in alignment with Marketing Director and own Marketing support (GWP, Tester, sampling) strategy, planning and budget.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strong concepts to launch new projects in the region.

Identify opportunities for exclusive travel retail innovations or consumer experiences.

Act as the key liaison between Global Brands, Global Travel Retail teams, Commercial teams and Retail partners.

Inspire, engage and motivate commercial & retail teams through impactful brand storytelling and marketing presentations.

Own Marketing Strategies & Plans for the brand in charge, with clarity on consumer/shopper/customer understanding.

Propose portfolio strategy and guidelines localization including TPR, discontinuations, sets, initiatives, icons, etc.

Lead communication, decision and approval process between brand global teams, TRAM team and retailer/distributors.

Develop and implement omnichannel activations to engage with travelers, including media, digital and in-store localized plans to support key launches and KCP; ensure plans drive traffic and conversion.

Partner closely with Merchandising team to ensure strong in-store visibility and brand consistency.

Ensure brand touchpoints consistency through partnership with merchandising for in-store execution in the region.

Own business and performance management for the brands in charge; monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, market share and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Support monthly brand line business reviews with Marketing Director.

Provide clear recommendations and action plans to maximize brand growth and profitability.

Manage marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources across priorities.

Qualifications

Essential:

Master’s degree in marketing, business.

+ 3-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2-3 years with luxury beauty experience.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionality.

Analytical, well-organized, detail-oriented, strategic mindset, strong communication and operational excellence; team player with passion for beauty and product sensibility.

Desirable:

Experience in travel retail channel preferred.

Experience in color preferred.
