$170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes across the business, ensuring accuracy and transparency at both corporate and project levels. Partner closely with project teams to develop cash flow models, track performance, and maintain strong financial control over each business line. Drive strategic financial initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability across operations. Lead and mentor a team of four finance professionals, overseeing daily accounting, compliance, and banking activities while supporting long-term capital planning and risk management. Develop and maintain financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to enhance visibility, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making across the organization. Present key financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team, playing a critical role in shaping long-term strategy and overall company performance. Qualifications

Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or investment, ideally with significant exposure to renewable energy. Experience managing finance functions & teams with an emphasis on leadership development and mentorship. Deep understanding of financial strategy, accounting principles, treasury functions, and capital markets with experience managing budgets of $25+ million. Background in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries is highly preferred. Ability to be a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Four-year college degree in accounting or finance is required. Seniority level
