Olsson is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in real estate, land acquisitions, and agreements. The role involves researching property ownership, preparing various agreements and deeds, creating and updating maps and KMZ files, tracking acquisition progress through databases, and negotiating with landowners. Travel to project sites and meetings with landowners is required. Responsibilities

Research property ownership and prepare deeds and various agreements related to acquisitions Create and update maps, exhibits, and KMZ files depicting acquisitions Track progress of acquisitions through databases and matrices Contact and negotiate directly with landowners Travel to inspect projects and meet with landowners as required Qualifications

8+ years of experience negotiating right of way agreements Experience in URA guidelines required Experience reviewing and/or negotiating real estate contracts Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Experience managing real estate land acquisitions projects Ability to research public land records and prepare related agreements and deeds Experience communicating and working directly with affected landowners Ability to perform well within a remote team and represent Olsson’s real estate group in the geographical area Ability to obtain notary public and/or real estate licenses in Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, and other states as needed Experience with survey and title services and ability to interpret both as they apply to acquisitions (preferred) Benefits
