Job Summary
Perform Gap analysis of new & revised customer specifications for detailed requirements to set up new processes or establish gaps between current practices and specification requirements.
Have a thorough understanding of management systems, including the development, documentation, and implementation of these systems with respect to domestic standards or requirements. Supporting & maintaining Nadcap & AS9100 certification.
Create, implement and maintain standard processing & equipment matrices to support compliance of flow down through requirements planning, product realization planning and associated activities
Create, implement and verify the accuracy of standard process trees within mrp systems and to develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) to ensure process tree consistency and accuracy for like processes/approvals at each plant during the initial deployment of the mrp system.
Perform internal & external audits and the development of operational and quality procedures to support the qualification of new processes and approvals.
Oversee first article qualification to ensure time optimization, pricing evaluation and proper engineering.
Manage deployment of new product, part numbers and processes and coordinate scheduling of new customer orders/packages.
Manage or coordinate with planning for the creation of accurate and detailed work orders for all new and existing orders along with the creation of new technique cards.
Perform project management to meet required goals and deadlines.
Use Statistical Process Control tools (e.g. Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, Pareto, etc.) to evaluate potential risk when setting up new processes or reviewing changes to current processes.
Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines and product goals.
Establish objectives for each individual project assigned to ensure that the team members have a clear understanding of expectations.
Have a thorough understanding and be able to implement risk analysis philosophies/methodologies and their applications.
Schedule required meetings, procure assets required, and communicate with required departments to ensure objectives are met.
Create and revise internal processing procedures and quality work instructions for performing quality control tests.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints for masking instructions.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education Required: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience
3 plus years of experience in Aerospace Chemical Processing
Proficient in Blueprint Reading
Computer Skills Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and CATIA

Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversations
Sense of Touch
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety Glasses
