Overview
Marketing Director, Premium Chocolate (Core & Seasonal) – Ferrero. The US Marketing Director for Ferrero Premium Chocolate will take the lead in shaping the everyday and seasonal strategy for Ferrero Rocher, Ferrero Collection, and Raffaello. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful growth in a dynamic category, influence senior leaders across global and local teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with peers in the U.S., Canada, and beyond. This position is hybrid and will be based out of our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities
Develop and lead annual strategic plan to deliver against brand objectives. Collaborate with Global and Regional partners on brand strategy, innovation, and communications. Collaborate with the Director of Innovation to integrate platform innovation support with core activities as one powerbrand. Collaborate with Sales / TM teams to execute brand strategy in-store through DSMP plans across key channels and customers both all-year round and during key seasonal tentpoles, including Holiday, Val, and Easter. Collaborate with E-commerce team to develop plans for pure play customers (Amazon) that create the optimal range, content and media support to close fair share gap. Lead agency partners across creative, media, social, and PR to develop and execute brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints. Lead the strategic deployment of the A&P Budget (including media, promotion, agency fees, packaging design, shopper marketing and CMI). Develop a team of marketers; enable their growth to become future leaders of the organization long-term and level up to the next position in the short-term. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business; Master’s Degree preferred. 10+ years experience in CPG Brand Marketing. Passion, energy, and drive to work with world-class brands. Strong track record of results; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and create clear narratives. Experience developing direct reports and building teams; experience leading cross-functional and global interdependencies with ability to influence. Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision-making. Sensitive and adaptable to foreign cultures; foreign languages. Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SAP knowledge a plus. Experience with Budget and P&L leadership. Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $162,771 - $217,028 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
