Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote) – Chicago, IL (hybrid basis). This role is for an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to manage a caseload, handle litigation from intake to resolution, and work directly with clients who’ve faced workplace injustice. The position offers hands-on courtroom exposure, autonomy, and opportunities to develop trial skills alongside accomplished litigators. Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct client interviews and manage ongoing client communication. Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute case plans. Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Illinois. 3+ years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred). Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Base pay range: $220,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr. Salary information is provided by the employer; final pay is based on skills and experience. Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
