Anderson Business Advisors
At Anderson Business Advisors, we don’t just hire for open roles—we hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: Integrity, Resilient, Driven, Innovative, and Conscientious, we want to know you.
We’re hiring an emerging leader to support our various events and online offerings. This position oversees a growing calendar of live and virtual events. This is a fast-paced, integrated partnership with our Marketing and Sales Teams. You’ll become the operational force behind those events — ensuring every attendee, touchpoint, and detail is leveraged for maximum impact.
You’ll be embedded in a high-trust, high-performance culture where standards are high, feedback is direct, and speed is the baseline. If you are adaptable, thrive in the details, obsess over outcomes, communicate with clarity, and move faster than most people think, you’ll be at home here.
Responsibilities
Partner with Events Manager on all live and virtual events from ideation to execution. Assist the Events Team in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring they run with polish and precision and meet our attendees, partners, and organizational objectives. Serve as event lead for live and virtual events when needed. Triage emails, manage communications, draft responses, and facilitate alignment with internal and external stakeholders — all with clarity and urgency. Must be available for monthly event travel 2x per month or as needed. Assist in business and event travel planning — with backups, contingencies, and attention to detail that leaves nothing to chance. Willingness to flex occasionally on evenings or Saturdays, based on what’s needed. You can handle high standards, direct feedback, and shifting targets without drama. Step in wherever needed with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving, and a willingness to take initiative when priorities shift or gaps appear. Results
You manage sensitive information and relationships with flawless execution, discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Nonessential time drains are eliminated, strategic blocks are protected, and energy allocation aligns with long-term goals. Agendas are ready in advance, materials are at hand, and action items are captured and closed without reminders. Every event is prepped with layered contingencies, clear direction, and zero details missed. You build systems to prevent chaos, follow through without nudging, and remove yourself as a bottleneck from every process you touch. Integrity
