Base pay range : $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Salary note : This range is provided by Soni. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Compensation:
$100,000 - $125,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications . Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Support organizational strategic objectives and ensure staffing aligns with business needs. Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and job descriptions across locations. Oversee employee relations, including performance management, grievance resolution, and disciplinary action. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives, including orientation programs and competency days. Manage benefits administration and negotiations when applicable. Supervise HR personnel and provide mentorship and guidance. Analyze HR metrics and report to senior leadership to inform decisions. Execute special HR projects as assigned to support business growth and organizational development. Requirements
Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or similar senior HR role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of employment law, HR principles, and best practices. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a business mindset and attention to the human element. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics. High ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion. Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and scaling HR teams within multi-office organizations. Background in healthcare or specialized industries. Ability to contribute to long-term HR strategy and team development. Job Details
