Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in labor relations and a passion for manufacturing environments? We’re seeking a
Human Resources Manager
to join our team and provide strategic HR leadership and support across assigned locations.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key member of the site leadership team, driving initiatives in employee relations, labor relations, compliance, talent development, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
key partner
to site leadership, providing strategic and tactical HR guidance.
Champion a
safety-first culture
across all levels of the organization.
Lead and support all areas of HR including
recruitment, employee development, performance management, policy implementation , and
employee engagement .
Maintain a strong presence on the
production floor , ensuring visibility and approachability.
Provide effective
coaching and consultation
to managers and employees.
Collaborate with corporate HR and site teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Handle
labor relations activities , including contract administration, grievance resolution, and union negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant
labor laws, employment regulations , and company policies.
Travel to assigned facilities as needed (approximately
30–40% ).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years
of progressive HR leadership experience in an
industrial or manufacturing
environment.
Labor relations experience
including union contract administration and negotiations is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of
HR compliance , employment law, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal , and
problem-solving
skills.
Demonstrated ability to
manage multiple priorities , work independently, and take initiative.
Proven capability to
influence change
and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency with
HR systems , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and other business applications.
Ability to understand and support the
operational and financial goals
of the business.
