Position Summary:
The Relationship Manager will serve as a trusted partner to IRI’s key accounts, ensuring an exceptional client experience through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and a deep understanding of workforce needs. This individual will act as the primary liaison between IRI and client stakeholders, driving operational excellence, fostering partnership growth, and ensuring delivery alignment with program expectations. This role requires a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel to client sites for relationship-building and strategic discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Partnership Building: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing a strong understanding of their business goals, culture, and workforce challenges.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships by maintaining regular communication, conducting onsite visits, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with client managers, MSP partners, and internal delivery teams to ensure timely and quality staffing support.
Act as a brand ambassador of IRI—representing the company’s values of integrity, responsiveness, and collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Monitor performance metrics (submissions, fill rates, quality, client feedback) to ensure service excellence and compliance with program SLAs.
Partner with delivery and recruiting teams to align on priorities, hiring trends, and upcoming demand.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively through transparent communication and data-driven insights.
Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and client meetings to highlight performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Growth & Strategic Development: Recognize opportunities to expand partnerships through new business lines, additional locations, or workforce categories.
Gather market and client intelligence to share internally for account planning and service optimization.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in staffing, account management, or client relationship roles (MSP experience preferred).
Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to client sites across the U.S. as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN, etc. preferred).
