Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events What you can expect

Edward Jones’ compensation and benefits program includes discretionary and variable components, with potential bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role Hiring minimum:

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor; process transactions and maintain accurate records Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; perform scheduling, materials preparation, correspondence, and marketing support; help update SOPs and support branch business planning Technology: Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software About Us
