Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we have a presence in New York as well. We offer flexibility in how and where you work and trust Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team. We are open to hiring this role if you reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. About The Team

Our Sales and Success team supports Canva Enterprise, with the mission to empower every organization to design. Canva Enterprise consolidates design, content production, and collaboration tools under one secure account. From whiteboards to docs to presentations and our AI platform Studio, our Sales team works with all departments to empower creation and collaboration at scale. About The Role

Our Account Executives work closely with customers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions. Whether it’s creating eye-catching pitch decks, designing marketing materials at scale, or ensuring everyone is on-brand, our team helps customers in all departments succeed. We collaborate with Product, Marketing and other teams to support sales and enterprise solutions. What You’ll Do

Account Planning: lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who will benefit from Canva’s products. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities. Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: manage pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility. Customer Centric: leverage storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers on a personalized journey. Be a Product Expert: demonstrate Canva’s product knowledge and sell creative solutions addressing customers’ problems; gather feedback to inform product roadmap and improve the customer experience. Foster Long-Term Relationships: build long-term partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Post-Sales, Customer Success). Bring Clarity to Chaos: simplify complex situations into digestible, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva’s worksuite (presentations, docs, etc.). What We’re Looking For

Experience with a range of customers from mid-market to large enterprises within a technology company; a track record of top performance. Proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with a focus on new logo attainment. Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft effective solutions. Skill in creating detailed plans for complex organizations. Strong presentation skills, especially in meetings with multiple stakeholders. Track record of leading successful (and complex) negotiations. Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What’s in It for You

At Canva we value fairness and offer competitive, market-informed compensation while ensuring internal equity. The target salary range for this position is $212,000-$326,000.
