Senior Account Manager, Client Success . Our client’s award-winning platform powers cash and liquidity management, collateral optimization, and margin management for hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers. With a global presence and strong growth, they’re now looking for a relationship-driven account manager to join their team and work with some of the most sophisticated investment firms in the world. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building deep client partnerships, driving adoption of cutting-edge FinTech solutions, and delivering measurable value. As a key member of the client success team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping buy-side firms optimize their treasury operations while contributing directly to revenue growth. Responsibilities
Managing and growing relationships with hedge funds, private equity, and asset management clients Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning their objectives with the platform’s solutions Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts Driving adoption, client success, and long-term retention Partnering with product, implementation, and sales teams to shape client-driven innovation What They’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in account management, client success, or relationship management Background working with hedge funds, private equity, or financial services firms Strong financial acumen and knowledge of investment management Consultative approach with a proven ability to upsell/cross-sell SaaS/FinTech solutions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What’s On Offer
