Experitec Inc. Overview Experitec is seeking a Regional Inside Sales Manager to lead the Inside Sales team serving the Final Control and Measurement business. This role focuses on coaching the team to build close customer relationships, provide consultative solutions, and support sales strategies across multiple industries including power, chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, and refining. The position reports to leadership within the Inside Sales organization and requires a hands-on approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to Experitec’s customer service standard. How You Will Make An Impact Working with customers to achieve their growth targets. Opportunity to mentor members of Inside Sales team. Training And Development Opportunities Experitec provides strong technical and customer service training, including Emerson OEM training at manufacturing centers to develop knowledge of Emerson products (e.g., Rosemount, Micromotion, Fisher, Crosby, Anderson, Greenwood, and more). Ongoing sales training including: Oratium™ (professional communication), Solution Selling™, personalized sales coaching, and baseline selling. On-the-Job training with product and industry experts to set you up for success. Ongoing training on various company functions as an Employee-Owner to broaden business acumen. What does the Regional Inside Sales Manager do? The Regional Inside Sales Manager is part of the Inside Sales team and coaches the team in building strong relationships with customers, providing valuable consultation, proposals/quotations, and product solutions based on customer needs and system requirements. Customers span manufacturing facilities across power, chemical, food & beverage, life sciences, and refining industries. Evaluates talent and growth opportunities within the Inside Sales team; oversees strategic planning to enhance skills and communicate future needs to meet demand; assists Account Managers in planning how the ISE team can support sales strategy at each site. Responsibilities Include Utilizing CRM to assess daily quote funnel to maximize proposal win rate and balance workload across the team. Coaching and developing key sales and technical skills of the Inside Sales team. Understanding customers’ needs and KPIs to support their business with relevant solutions. Building relationships with customers to better serve their needs. Collaborating across business units to quickly address customer needs. Weekly collaboration with Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute account and territory growth strategies. Growing technical expertise in product, service, and industry knowledge through ongoing training. Leveraging annual Emerson product updates to apply new solutions for customers. Required Skills, Experience & Abilities Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with two or more years of relevant experience OR four or more years of relevant experience OR four or more years of combination of education and relevant experience. Three or more years of inside sales experience. Two or more years of prior people leadership. Excellent timely and effective communication (written and verbal) with both external customers and co-workers. Ability to demonstrate personal accountability and strong time management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Outlook, and basic computer skills. Hybrid work schedule: in-office for training Monday through Friday for the first 6 months, then hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days remote with 8am-5pm hours; occasional additional hours and travel may be required. Ability to travel nationwide by plane for professional development and site visits (up to 5%). Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities (not Required) Bachelor’s Degree; degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline. Five or more years of professional inside sales experience. Five or more years of experience in people management. Two or more years of experience in valves and instrumentation. Five or more years in manufacturing and/or industrial distribution. One or more years of experience utilizing CRM. Strong working knowledge in industrial valves and controls. Military experience. Experience with cross-functional project management.
