$60,000 – $80,000 annually Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with experience across multiple law firm billing platforms. Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing electronic billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience with law firm billing systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment that supports work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle electronic billing process across multiple platforms and clients. Review and submit invoices in accordance with client guidelines and deadlines. Monitor billing portals for invoice status, rejections, and required corrections. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Client Services) to resolve billing issues. Maintain accurate records of billing activities and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist with reporting and analytics related to billing performance and trends. Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the billing function. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in e-billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role. Familiarity with law firm billing platforms such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink, BillBlast, or similar. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting. Benefits
