The Investment Associate will play a key role in supporting Twain’s Sustainable Infrastructure team. This individual will support underwriting new opportunities, executing transactions, and managing investor or developer relationships. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainable investing. Primary Responsibilities

Underwriting (50%) Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities Conduct market research, technical analysis, and sensitivity testing to support investment theses Assess project economics, capital structures, and risk-adjusted returns Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders Investment Execution (30%) Support due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, technical, and financial advisors Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating key deal terms Review and interpret legal documentation to ensure alignment with investment strategy Track closing deliverables and ensure timely execution of investment transactions Relationship Management (20%) Support relationship management with developers, operators, and strategic partners Contribute to pitch materials, proposals, and strategic initiatives Represent the firm at industry events and conferences as needed Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in banking, project finance, or infrastructure investing Demonstrated ability to assess and quantify investment risks Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with sustainable infrastructure sectors (e.g., renewable energy, energy storage) is a plus Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
