We are seeking an experienced
Controller
to join our finance team within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry. In this role, you will oversee plant-level financial operations, ensure compliance with global and local regulations, and provide actionable insights that drive performance and efficiency across our production operations. $120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus What You’ll Do
Prepare and analyze
financial statements
(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for manufacturing operations. Manage
general ledger ,
AP/AR , and
payment transactions , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee
cost accounting ,
inventory valuation , and
GR/IR reconciliation
related to automotive production. Support
budgeting ,
forecasting , and
variance analysis
to optimize plant financial performance. Drive accuracy and consistency in
standard costing
and
production cost reporting . Oversee
tax compliance ,
audit preparation , and
internal control implementation . Partner with
operations, supply chain, and engineering
teams to provide financial guidance on production efficiency and capital investments. Serve as
SAP FI/CO Plant Process Owner , ensuring system accuracy and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or a related field . Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar role within the
automotive or motor vehicle manufacturing industry . Strong understanding of
manufacturing cost structures
and
plant accounting . Experience in
international business environments . Proficiency in
SAP FI/CO
and
Microsoft Office Suite . Excellent
analytical ,
organizational , and
communication
skills. Detail-oriented, with a focus on
process improvement
and
operational excellence . Seniority level
