Senior Manager, Innovation Design & Research - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Shape the innovation design and research approach to anticipate future technologies and user expectations
Lead design and research workstreams to deliver human-centered experiences aligned with user needs
Direct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to uncover unmet needs
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, translating complex design insights into clear narratives
Manage, coach, and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design
Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design with a strong portfolio
Proven ability to think at a systems level and translate research into customer-centric solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design
Strong background in property and casualty insurance or financial services
Familiarity with human-centered design, AI/automation, and digital transformation approaches
Experience in service design and process design
