What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Shape the innovation design and research approach to anticipate future technologies and user expectations
Lead design and research workstreams to deliver human-centered experiences for members, agents, and employees
Conduct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to translate complex design insights into actionable narratives
Manage and mentor design and research teams, fostering a culture of creativity and inclusion
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design
Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design with a strong portfolio
Proven ability to think at a systems level and translate research into customer-centric solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design
Strong background in property and casualty insurance, financial services, or related industries
Familiarity with human-centered design, AI/automation, and digital transformation approaches
Experience in service design and process design
