Shape the innovation design and research approach by anticipating future technologies and business shifts Lead design and research workstreams for innovation projects, ensuring human‑centered experiences Conduct ethnographic research, usability testing, and trend analysis to uncover unmet needs Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions, translating design insights into clear narratives Manage and mentor design and research direct reports to build skills in UX research and design What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design with a strong portfolio Proven ability to think at a systems level, translating research and business strategy into actionable solutions Exceptional communication and presentation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
