InNet Overview InNet is seeking a tech-savvy IT Account Executive to leverage existing IT buyers and influencer relationships and to drive top-tier IT solutions in Networking, Information Security, and Data Center technologies. The role offers strong territory with existing customers and opportunities for long-term success. What you will do

Develop new accounts in an unrestricted and fertile territory. Prospect and create new accounts and business using LinkedIn, company data sources, and traditional methods. Leverage high-quality leads and grow existing accounts. Use a consultative approach to help IT professionals solve problems and provide solutions. Drive profitable revenue by promoting InNet products and services and connecting customers with InNet technology partners. Collaborate with a team that offers autonomy to grow a "business within a business" and build lasting customer relationships. What does it take to do this job

Ability to penetrate accounts by delivering compelling value propositions and creating value for potential clients. Meaningful, current, and existing IT relationships with Infrastructure, Security, and Data Center customers. 2–5 years of IT or complex software sales or technical pre-sales experience. Solid balance of service and sales culture. Ability to communicate high-level technical value propositions and demonstrate how you can solve IT problems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and motivate customers. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation, time management, and accountability for results. Track record of success in an IT Solution Provider, Integrator, VAR, start-up, or fast-growth environment is a major plus. Responsibilities

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Prospect and contact potential customers. Meet or exceed sales targets by the defined deadlines. Engage with regional trade shows and professional organizations for prospecting. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments. Assist in market assessment and create relevant and compelling sales campaigns. Oversee and coordinate sales team activities; establish territories, quotas, and goals. Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and forecast business trends. Report on team and individual performance; develop and execute innovative sales strategies. Build and form new partnerships with potential clients. Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM platform. Ability to build rapport with clients and strong negotiation skills. Deadline- and detail-oriented. Benefits
