This is a full-time float position supporting our clinics in the South Charlotte area. Flexible schedule options are available from 32.5 hours/week up to 40 hours/week. Salary range:
103,000 – 145,000 USD based on years of provider experience, plus quarterly incentive plan and sign-on bonus. Position Summary

Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning Perform administrative duties: opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and maintaining a clean environment Manage patient appointments and routine examinations to support positive health outcomes Engage with patients on healthy lifestyle choices and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care Encourage patient participation in health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; Family medicine or primary care experience preferred Active Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing Holistic, evidence-based care including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices Immunizations and injections administration and vaccine counseling Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator when required Education
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner with current national board certification; state license to practice in the APN role Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with current national board certification and state license Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience preferred Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $87,035.00 – $187,460.00. This range reflects base pay and may vary by geography, experience, and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
