Transaction Management Ops Analyst at Bank of America. Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to established guidelines and procedures Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support operational efficiency and high-quality client service Analyses and resolves moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions Proactively identifies risks and opportunities for process improvements based on understanding of how the work impacts other operational units Process trade corrections and resolve inquiries in a timely manner (as described in LOB duties) Build sustainable relationships with internal and external partners; communicate effectively with teammates to achieve objectives Resolve open items in error accounts and provide outstanding personalized service Qualifications

Collaborative mindset with ability to partner with support teams to resolve inquiries Intellectually curious with a desire to identify and implement innovative solutions Anticipates and proactively identifies and escalates potential risks Ability to operate in a multi-faceted environment while meeting strict deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Flexibility to work an 8 hour shift, with emphasis on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) hours Minimum of 3 years financial operations experience Additional Details
