Overview
Concentra is seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. This contract role is designed to complement your current practice. A typical partnership involves treating patients on-site at Concentra for approximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis. Salary/range information provided by Indeed; Concentra will share market-specific details during the interview process.
Concentra Advanced Specialists assist in the management of medically complex patients, expedite return to work and functional restoration. You will work collaboratively with medical and therapy providers, offering specialist services (both non-surgical and surgical) for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries. You will communicate with employers and take an active role in case management.
Responsibilities
Half a day per week or biweekly.
Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice.
Independent contractor role with compensation based on a revenue-share model.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries.
Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
Medical Malpractice Insurance that covers you while on site.
