Physician OB/GYN position at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Memorial City. This role focuses on obstetrics and gynecology with opportunities to provide comprehensive care across the adult female lifespan. Responsibilities
Provide general gynecological medical care for women, and care related to pregnancy and the reproductive system. Focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of general health problems, including female-specific conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders. Treat and counsel women throughout pregnancy, including prenatal diagnoses and postpartum care. Deliver complete obstetrical prenatal care and participate in family planning, well-woman exams, vaccinations and screenings (including gynecological and breast cancer screenings). Manage treatment of menstrual disorders, gynecological problems, menopause, and related conditions. Perform in-office procedures relevant to gynecological care and contraception, commensurate with skill level. Collaborate closely with supervising OB/GYN physicians in a shared practice model. Qualifications
Must have completed residency and be practicing, or be in residency when applying. Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire. Licensed in the State of Texas. Board Certified and/or Board Eligible. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full-time employment. The range is defined as total cash compensation at target; actual base and bonus mix varies with experience, metrics, and market factors. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
