The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Vice President- National Aftersales. Job Responsibilities

Lead, define and implement strategic plans for aftersales operations, aligning with overall business objectives and improve profitability. Provide guidance to Aftersales Directors and store leadership at each location to ensure they are operating efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service and aligning our business practices amongst individual centers. Consistent collaboration with all central service departments to ensure initiatives are aligned to support business results. Maintain strong relationships with Human Resources in order to effectively manage all personnel matters. Work with store leadership to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and return on investment. Assist in the recruitment, development, and/or mentorship of some or all: Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers. Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs at each location; ensure service managers are achieving factory objectives. Partner with the HR department and management to identify and execute actions plans to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Lead the technician development advisor with the Technician Mentorship/Apprenticeship Program, Onboarding and Career Development. Provide support to retail operations to execute strategy initiatives. Provide performance updates to the senior leadership team Manage and oversee annual budget process. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Education and/or Training

Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.) Relevant Work Experience

10+ years’ experience at a management level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred Has extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines Benefits

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $232,610.00 - $366,360.00 USD annually for full time employees.
