Overview
Senior Account Manager @ Global Search Network | Food and Beverage Industry Specialist. The Corporate Programming Manager role provides leadership of our programmers and IT/OT support to production facilities, supporting equipment improvement initiatives and continuous improvement. The position contributes to the technical development of new and existing processes and packaging equipment, and helps standardize IT/OT processes and procedures across facilities. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Travel and fill in/supplement when locations require short-term Engineering/Programming assistance (approximately 30%-50% travel, could require up to 70%). Manage and direct plant programmers at all production facilities. Lead projects ranging from large to small capital, plant improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability, maintenance, and standardization of processes. Lead efforts in standardizing automation processes throughout the company. Assist in writing SOPs and checklists as necessary to drive improvements. Lead sustainability projects by capturing projects and helping implement ideas across facilities. Run projects from ideation to completion. Draw conclusions and make recommendations regarding packaging and process improvements. Assist with configuring, monitoring, and maintaining process and business network equipment in plants. Serve as the main point of contact between Corporate IT and Process IT, and as the main point of contact for plant-required IT and PLC equipment. Perform duties as assigned by Technical Director. Apply analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to support engineering and operational goals. Qualifications
Education: This position requires a degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Related Experience: 5-10 years of project management and leadership experience; experience leading a centralized center-of-excellence function preferred. Knowledge of PCs (Microsoft software, Project, Microsoft Project), basic understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs, knowledge of CMMS (MP2 a plus), and general PC systems.
