7a–3p, 8a–4p, or 8a–5p (Mon–Fri only) What You’ll Do
Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized care plans Lead wound prevention and treatment programs Provide education to staff and families on wound management Document care per facility and clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians Requirements
Current LPN license in Arizona CWCN or CWOCN certification Active CPR, TB test and AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Why Apply
