Pacific International is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the packaging and chemical space, recognized for its commitment to quality, delivery, and innovation in the printing space. The organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee Engineering operations at a key North American facility. The Engineering Manager will lead a team to optimize quality, safety, maintenance, and productivity. They will report to the Plant Manager and be involved with executive leadership teams across the US and globally. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop engineering team members, including engineers and technicians. Experience with Film Coating, Extrusion, and finishing processes Develop and implement precision and maintenance standards and procedures. Manage new equipment purchasing and installations Analyze operational data to improve metrics such as unplanned downtime and maintenance costs. Executive team experience; ability to work with and present to senior-level leaders Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Chemical Degree At least 2-5 years of Engineering in like industry (film coating/resin extrusion) Minimum 1-3 years in a management or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality, and QMS procedures Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
