Pacific International has been retained by a global leader in the industrial manufacturing space. A well‑established organization with a strong heritage, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding its operational footprint and strengthening its leadership capabilities across the business.

As part of this transformation, they are seeking a HR Director to play a critical role in shaping and executing the people strategy across a complex, multi‑site manufacturing network. This is a highly visible and hands‑on leadership opportunity that blends strategic influence with operational execution, supporting a fast‑paced, specialized production environment.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and people‑focused HR leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels, build trust across all levels of the organization, and drive meaningful cultural and organizational impact.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with site and business leadership to align people strategies with operational and financial objectives

Lead organizational design, capability building, and change management initiatives that support growth and scale

Build and develop a high‑performing HR team while partnering on talent acquisition and workforce development

Drive leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines and future succession planning

Design and implement training programs that enhance frontline capability and overall operational performance

Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

Coach leaders to foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture that drives engagement and accountability

Oversee workforce planning to ensure agility and scalability across shifts and functions

Track and analyze key HR metrics to support data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive HR business partner experience within manufacturing or industrial environments

5+ years partnering directly with senior leadership teams with proven strategic and hands‑on impact

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a practical, solutions‑oriented approach

HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) preferred

Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, strongly preferred
