Under direct supervision performs all work on undercarriage components in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.”
Pay Range:
$21.00 - $32.20 per hour
Pay rate is dependent upon education and experience
Essential Functions:

Completes service reports and other required paperwork
Communicates effectively with Shop Manager, Shop Coordinator and Shop Leadman
Work in a cooperative manner with other team members to accomplish the goals of the shop and the Company
Evaluates undercarriage condition
Rebuilds and/or reconditions tracks
Rebuilds or reconditions track idlers
Reseals and resells track rollers
Removes and installs undercarriage components
Reseal and/or reconditions recoil assemblies
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Post-secondary school preferred
1 year experience in the heavy equipment industry
Competencies:
Reading/Writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
Product & Safety Knowledge
Intermediate Knowledge of DBS
Intermediate Knowledge of ET/SIS/SIS Web/STW
Ability to enter information into a computer and type service reports
Work Environment:
Noise: Loud, Environment: Indoors and Outdoors
Physical Demands:
Standing, walking. talking, use of hands, & hearing
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.
Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 85 pounds or more
