We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VDC Manager to lead our virtual design and coordination efforts across a portfolio of large-scale commercial healthcare and data center projects, totaling over $600M in active backlog. This role will oversee a team of 15 detailers and coordinators, ensuring seamless integration of design, fabrication, and field operations through cutting-edge BIM/VDC processes. Key Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 15 VDC professionals including BIM detailers and trade coordinators. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture. Oversee VDC deliverables from preconstruction through closeout across multiple concurrent projects. Ensure models are constructible, coordinated, and aligned with project schedules and budgets. Lead clash detection, coordination meetings, and model-based constructability reviews. Interface with project managers, superintendents, design teams, and trade partners to drive coordination and resolve conflicts. Represent VDC in client meetings and presentations, articulating value and strategy. Champion the use of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Trimble, etc.) and workflows to improve project outcomes. Develop and implement VDC standards, templates, and best practices. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy. Ensure all VDC outputs meet company standards and client expectations. Maintain compliance with healthcare and data center-specific design and construction requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 7+ years of experience in BIM/VDC within commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or data centers. Proven leadership experience managing VDC teams on large-scale projects. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and coordination platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Procore). Strong understanding of MEP systems, fabrication workflows, and construction sequencing. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Seniority level
