Join FLIK as a Director of Dining Services in Durham, NC We are seeking an accomplished
Director of Dining Services
to lead operations for a high‑volume, high‑demand corporate dining account in
Durham, NC . This role oversees a dynamic program serving nearly 3,000 meals daily across multiple outlets and catering services. The Director will manage a large, fast‑paced team while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top‑quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
Oversee a corporate dining account with multiple outlets, including full‑service café, coffee shop, kiosk/mini café in a second building, plus catering services
Operations: Monday–Friday, serving breakfast, lunch, and catering
Approximately a $4M managed account (restaurant equivalent of ~$10M annual volume)
Lead, coach, and develop a large team in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of foodservice operations leadership experience, with proven success in high‑volume accounts
Strong background in multi‑outlet dining, catering, and production at scale
Demonstrated expertise in financial management and client relations
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
Passion for professional growth within a leading foodservice organization
BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
