Details: Network Services Delivery & Operations organization is seeking an experienced Load Balancing Engineer to be part of a global team. The Load Balancing Engineer will be responsible for providing support for Load Balancing infrastructure. Main responsibilities will include building relationships with the Line of Businesses (LOB), becoming a member of a global team of load balancing engineers, and further improving and maintaining the Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) process and standards as part of a larger team that is responsible for the health and welfare of the Load Balancing infrastructure. Responsibilities

Provide support for Load Balancing infrastructure. Build relationships with Line of Businesses (LOB) and collaborate within a global team of load balancing engineers. Improve and maintain SRF process and standards related to load balancing services. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of F5 LTM and GTM 1 or more years of F5 APM and ASM experience 1 or more years of AVI/VMware experience CCNP, F5 201, and/or demonstrate equivalent work experience Ability to troubleshoot advanced networking issues in a complex environment with knowledge of BGP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, and SSL Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate to define complex configuration designs Subject matter expertise in load balancer, DNS, SSL offload; experience with SSL certificate and Key management Understanding of SSL PKI, SSL offload, and web acceleration; TCP optimization Experience with F5 iControl API and application integration Experience in application switching and traffic management; understanding of persistence and SSL offload Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present at executive level Experience managing large, globally dispersed teams of engineers 5-7+ years of network engineering and/or technology management experience Ability to interact with clients at all levels Desired Qualifications

Experience with root cause analysis, risk mitigation, security assessments Functional knowledge of F5 advanced feature modules (Web Accelerator, ASM, APM) ITIL certification preferred Python development and bash scripting Experience with security controls and ITSM processes BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Commitment to innovation and collaboration across diverse teams Top Skills
