If you’re energized by challenge, teamwork, and growth, our Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers a clear path to becoming a confident, capable restaurant leader. This 24-month, full-immersion program is designed to prepare you for senior leadership roles within Chick-fil-A South Nevada Avenue. You’ll gain hands-on experience across every department — from operations and culture to people development and business strategy — while being personally mentored by Operator. Program Phases

Phase 1 – Learn the Chick-fil-A Experience (Months 1–6) Master the fundamentals of hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence. You’ll learn what makes Chick-fil-A exceptional — from delivering remarkable guest experiences to understanding the rhythm of a high-performing team. Phase 2 – Lead the Shift (Months 7–12) Step into a shift leader role and take ownership of team execution. You’ll manage people and performance in real time, learning how to lead under pressure, make key decisions, and balance guest experience with business results. Phase 3 – Lead at Scale (Months 13–24) You’ll complete two 6-month rotations through key Director departments — such as Front of House, Back of House, People, or Catering/Delivery — where you’ll be responsible for measurable results. These rotations include coaching from senior leaders, cross-functional projects, and a final capstone presentation demonstrating your growth and impact. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop team members through daily operational excellence Learn and apply business fundamentals: scheduling, cost control, food safety, and hospitality metrics Drive results across key areas (Taste, Speed, Accuracy, and Service Experience) Participate in monthly leadership workshops and 1:1 mentoring Present measurable outcomes through quarterly reviews and a final capstone What We’re Looking For
