Financial Solutions Advisor - Irvine Area
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Job Description
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to clients to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Requires completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the SAFE Act federal registry and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain/maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination. Responsibilities
Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and managed solutions). Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals. Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities. Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services. Schedule
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays Required Qualifications
Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66); if lacking 66 but have 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing missing series within 60 days. At least one year in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded. Strong goal setting, relationship building, collaboration, communication, and client engagement skills. Ability to manage time, navigate complexity, and execute in a fast-paced environment. Desire to learn and adapt, with regulatory due diligence in client strategies. Desired Qualifications
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment. Three years in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded. Professional designations such as CFP and/or CRPC; insurance licenses. Minimum Education
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Skills
