Open 10/20/2025 to 10/31/2025. Salary: $105,383 to $137,000 per year. Grade: GS 13 – Battle Creek, MI. Application Type: Full‑time, Permanent – Multiple Appointment Types. Telework Eligible: Yes – as determined by agency policy. Travel: Not Required. Relocation Expenses: Reimbursed in accordance with JTR. Security Clearance: Not Required. Drug Test: Required. Responsibilities
Serves as a senior technical expert within integrated teams to develop, design, and implement internal control and process initiatives, projects, and programs. Plans, develops, directs, and coordinates new initiatives, projects, and programs to ensure priorities and metrics are established; milestone schedules are coordinated, maintained, and achieved. Advises on major and controversial matters impacting processes, internal controls, risks, and deficiency remediation within logistics and disposal management in DLA. Develops and implements studies, analyses, evaluations, and assessments related to new initiatives, projects, and programs; documents processes, procedures, controls, and systems. Plans and forecasts costs for contractor support, purchases of hardware/software, travel, and training expenditures. Eligibility and Conditions of Employment
Must be a U.S. citizen. Security Requirements: Non‑Critical Sensitive with Secret Access. FLSA: Exempt. Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered or exempt. Bargaining Unit Status: Yes. Qualifications
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience directly related to the duties of this position (GS‑12 equivalent). Experience in program analysis, internal controls, logistics, disposal management, or related fields required. Developing, designing, and implementing DLA, DoD, or agency sponsored programs. Planning and forecasting costs for contractor support, purchases, travel, and training. Developing studies, analyses, evaluations, and assessments related to new initiatives in disposal mission. Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. Application Categories
