Obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured instruction and dedicated study time. Develop foundational advisory skills: acquire, build, and manage client relationships; assess a client’s financial picture; offer advice and solutions to help clients live their best financial lives. Work in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions and provide client care. Progress from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II by demonstrating success and expanding client relationships; participate in Academy-supported programs and resources. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients reach financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Qualifications
Required:
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses; self-discipline in time and capacity management; experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks; demonstrates a client-first mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills
