This position supports a learning path from entry level toward professional advisor responsibilities, including licensing and client-facing activities. Overview: As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will be taught foundational skills to advise clients, manage relationships, and guide clients through financial solutions in a compliant, client-centric manner. Upon licensure and progression, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy provides ongoing programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. Responsibilities: Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time; SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7/66 within 120 days (or 63/65 as applicable). Build and manage client relationships, assess client needs, and provide solutions aligned with the client’s financial picture and goals. Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice, conduct client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with the solutions offered through Bank of America and Merrill. Build a network within the financial center, engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and high-net-worth clients to grow the business. Participate in training and onboarding programs to support development and progression to subsequent roles (Stage II and beyond). Adhere to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations, including the background check and ongoing compliance; failure to maintain registration may result in termination. Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with prioritization of client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Skills:
