Associate – Private Credit | Houston, TX
A leading lower middle-market private credit firm is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its team. This role offers the rare opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals deploying flexible capital solutions - including unitranche debt, senior debt, and equity co-investments - across private equity-backed companies spanning industries such as industrials, energy, healthcare, and business services.
Associates gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the investment process, from sourcing and structuring deals to working closely with company executives and private equity sponsors to shape outcomes.
You will be part of a team recognized for its
disciplined approach, direct impact on portfolio companies, and ability to move quickly on complex transactions.

Key Requirements:
Strong ties to Texas.
Prior experience in private credit, investment banking, leveraged finance, private equity, or a related field.

Self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
