Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to our expatriate exmployees by being the primary point of contact to analyze and explain all componets realted to compensation and taxation
Perform reconcilations and detailed audits to ensure accurate processing of compensation
Resolve day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity
Process monthly salaried payroll
Assist in payroll software updating and testing - monthly, weekly and more
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Responsible for unclaimed property
Coordinate, prepare and update monthly team schedule
Carry out job duties while maintaing Lane values
And other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 5years' expereince in the area of payroll, accounting, or related field
Knowledge of payroll priniciples and procedures
Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
JDEdwards experience is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a team player
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Energetic, dependable, self-starter, and team player with a professional image, who is capabale of handling highly confidential information
