Responsibilities
Establishing Recruitment
Assist with planning, build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Collaborate with HR Manager and Sr. Recruiter to set qualification criteria for future employees
Search and source candidates and track hiring metrics including time-to hire, time-to-fill
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hire through professional groups on social media and during events
Host and participate in job fairs
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opening
Work with hiring agencies and monitor their performance and cost
Full process of hiring operations
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles
Perform other task as necessary to meet the organization’s objectives
Qualifications
3 years or more of experience in Talent acquisition, Headhunting, Hiring, Staffing
Expertise to search talented people with own mechanism
Working level of English (verbal, written, etc.)
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office
Required Skills
Considered as a top job expert have abundant knowledge/experience within the organization
Lead large or complex professional projects
Specialized knowledge/skills based, drive product/service differentiation
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structure, competency-based, etc.)
Ability to use hiring process management systems
Understanding of employment laws
Proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn
Ability to solve difficult problems related to recruitment
Take ownership of the tasks and complete it responsibly
Build cross-functional relationship within and outside the organization and collaborate to achieve organizational goals through good communication and information sharing
Clearly understand the expectations and desires of others and clearly communicate with others through various forms of communicate to achieve organizational goals
