We’re seeking a
Sales Director
to take ownership of U.S. market expansion, build and develop a high-performing team, and drive major programs in defense, intelligence, and space communications.
What You’ll Do
Lead U.S. government sales operations across the defense, intelligence, and civilian sectors.
Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders within DoD, DISA, U.S. Space Force, and Intelligence Community.
Develop and execute multi-year business plans to deliver strong revenue growth and market share expansion.
Manage and mentor a talented team of sales professionals to exceed targets and maintain high sales discipline.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align technical capabilities with customer requirements.
Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and federal acquisition forums.
What You’ll Bring
Active or recent U.S. Security Clearance (Secret / TS/SCI) essential.
Highly experienced in satellite communications, defense, or aerospace sales.
Proven record in direct sales to DoD, defense primes, and federal agencies.
In-depth understanding of U.S. Government acquisition frameworks (IDIQ, OTA, GWAC).
Experience managing complex pipelines valued at $50M+ annually.
Strong leadership background – able to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams.
Degree qualified, ideally in engineering, telecommunications, or a related scientific discipline.
