A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc., (NASDAQ: AMRK), a publicly traded company, is looking for a curious, driven, and business-savvy Junior Corporate Counsel to join our fast-growing Legal team. If you love the idea of blending technology, privacy, marketing, and emerging law, this role will put you right in the middle of it all. You’ll be a go-to partner for teams across the company — from Marketing, IT, and Procurement to InfoSec, HR, and Accounting — helping A-Mark stay ahead of the curve as we expand our digital and vendor ecosystem.

Overview As Junior Corporate Counsel, you will:

Shape the way we work with technology and marketing partners — reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements (especially in SaaS, ad tech, marketing, and AI-related areas).

Support general corporate governance projects, such as ESG and insurance initiatives, and other compliance activities.

Advise our marketing teams on creative campaigns, ensuring advertising for bullion and collectibles is both compliant and compelling.

Assist in diligence, negotiations, and legal documentation drafting for mergers and acquisitions activities.

Advance our privacy and data protection efforts alongside our Chief Privacy Officer and InfoSec team — from training and risk analysis to vendor data governance and privacy rights requests.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your in-house experience, deepen your expertise across multiple cutting-edge legal areas, and make a visible impact in a dynamic, publicly traded company.

What You’ll Do

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of vendor contracts — from MSAs and SaaS deals to licensing agreements and SOWs.

Review and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and other privacy terms to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, TDPSA, and other evolving global regulations.

Serve as the Legal liaison for vendor management, ensuring timely responses, policy compliance, and smooth collaboration across departments.

Help streamline and modernize our contracting processes, templates, and playbooks.

Research and analyze legal issues around data privacy, ownership, and AI-generated content.

Review bespoke marketing and advertising assets for legal accuracy and compliance.

Counsel business units on insurance, human resources, compliance, ESG, and other governance issues.

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing in Texas.

2–4 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house).

Solid foundation in contract drafting and negotiation.

Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, advertising and marketing regulations, and vendor data practices preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
